I read this whole thread, and it's clear that Julie's loss was felt by many people, but nothing compares to the loss felt by those closest to her. I hope you're managing okay.

I lost my mother and sister in an accident just over two years ago. Despite the fact that life seems to go on oblivious to that loss, the pain never really leaves you. It just becomes another part of your person. I don't think I'm any more over the loss than I was the day after it happened. Despite this I try to keep moving forward... I mean it's not as though one has a choice.

Garrett just had his 3rd birthday party...I'm sure you already know...It just wasn't the same without someone making fun of Cherokee Johnny and jumping into the cold tub fully clothed...Can you do me a favor and get Garrett to poo in the potty! Jeez! He's gonna hafta start wearing adult sized Depends if he doesn't soon...;)

I didn't know about this site until Susan sent me here. Julie and me grew up together. We went through elementary school together, and that was when we were closest. We also had a bit of middle school together and high school, but were were in different clicks. Julie was great and could make me laugh through elementary. I remember we would try to hide from her older brother and laugh at him, and then also do that to the younger one... we would hide out in her room and sing the theme song to Friends. She was great... I love her and have always have.

I just started uploading pics to my flickr account and came across this really nice one of Julie at an Invite Them Up afterparty.

Thank you. We have so many pictures taken in New York. I wish I knew how to post them. You are in so many of them. She is so pretty. I miss her so much. Thank-you again.
