I banned his IP address. I tried to ban the name yugioh as a guest, but I couldn't (the post earlier in some thread saying BUMP and nothing more is me testing to see if it worked. It clearly didn't.).
If you had seen all the worthless posts and started threads last night, it would be clear that he was not here to be a productive member of the community.
